RETURN POLICY

Ciao Sea will gladly accept your return within 14 days from the date of order. Product must be in new, unused condition with all the original Ciao Sea tags and the hygiene sticker must still be attached. Returns that don’t meet these criteria will not be refunded.

HOW DO I GET MY REFUND?

Your refund will be credited to your original payment method.  

*Please note it may take up to a week for our warehouse to receive and process your refund. You will receive an email once your refund has been processed.


DO YOU SHIP TO THE US?

Yes! Standard shipping is 3-7 business days from order processing.  Need it sooner? Email us at care@ciaosea.com  and we’ll find a way to get it to you! 

 

DO YOU SHIP TO CANADA?

Yes! We use Canada Post and shipping is calculated at checkout. Please allow 1 business day for processing orders.
